Solar Power International 2015 – PVBid’s Experience

Sep 15, 2015 | Solar News

Today is the first official day of the Solar Power International 2015 expo.  Up until now, it has been mostly mixers and networking events. Last night, Southern California received a surprising amount of rain, which I think is fantastic – both because California is in desperate need of rain and because the PV systems I’ve seen down here in Anaheim were all fairly dusty and a good rain should bring their productivity up a few percent.  So we are starting SPI with fresh power and clean air, both of which are the goal of solar.  It just seems fitting!

I’m attending on PVBid’s dime.  Today I’m meeting up with a couple of our partners and a few potential customers.  This is really an exciting time for me because PVBid is finally to a place where I have something to demonstrate, not just talk about it.  The beta testing we’ve been doing has proven that PVBid is ready to come out of its shell. We can start taking on the tough world of solar.

Let’s meet up!

If you happen to be at Solar Power International 2015 and want to chat, please feel free to reach out to me at connor@pvbid.com or 510.473.7246. And if you want to help out and haven’t done so already, please fill out our survey!  The more folks that take the survey, the better I can guide PVBid to fit your needs more precisely.

With that, I’m off to the expo!  I hope to see you there!
